VP Student Affairs

Why are you seeking election?
I have come close to the BCIT community after being one of the mentors and month planners at the BCITSA’s International Mentorship Program. I look forward to continuing to enhance a student’s life at BCIT by promoting and streamline professional development opportunities, and by taking a lead in handling their concerns. Coming into my final year, this is one passion that I am looking to fulfill and share my best judgment.

What do you hope to achieve during your term in office?
During my time in office, I hope to be the change that a BCIT student would look for during their time at BCIT. From exciting projects to upcoming prospective concerns, I would like to bridge and convert those challenges into opportunities for BCIT’s part-time students as well. Lastly, I hope to bring in more hands-on training and co-op opportunities to be industry ready.
